I started working for ZT “Kruszwica” S.A. as a trainee in a crushing plant, where I acquainted myself with all the technological processes by going through all the production stages. It was a good opportunity to learn teamwork.
My adventure with ZT “Kruszwica” S.A. started when I was still at high school and later when I was a student working seasonally during the rapeseed purchasing campaign. Mostly, I worked as a lab technician at the Quality Control Department due to my line of study.
